🎤 COMING THIS FALL: Our First-Ever OPEN MIC NIGHT at The Tavern! 🎤

We know it's still a little ways off, but we want to start putting ideas in your heads now—because this night could be something truly special.
Whether you’ve got a talent to share, a story to tell, or just want to enjoy the show, Open Mic Night is for everyone. It’s about laughter, connection, and celebrating our amazing community.
🌟 What kind of acts are we hoping to feature?
Stand-up comedy (bring on the punchlines!)
Improvisation (yes, and...)
Poem or short story readings
Dad jokes (cringe-worthy encouraged)
Harmonica solos
Solo guitar or ukulele
A cappella performances
Original songwriting or covers
Balloon animal magic
Magic tricks (cards, coins, you name it!)
Ventriloquist acts (we know you’re out there…)
Roast or Toast a friend (in good fun!)
Dramatic monologue
Silly pet tricks (if they're stage-ready!)
Anything else that will make people smile, laugh, or cheer

We welcome individuals, duos, and small groups. But we do ask that you sign up in advance with our host, Cinde Lieb, who will be your fabulous MC for the evening.

People with hidden (or not-so-hidden) talents
Songwriters, jokesters, storytellers
Friends who just want to surprise each other
Anyone who wants to help make it a great night
Whether you come as a performer, a cheerleader in the crowd, or a behind-the-scenes helper—we’d love for you to be part of it.
If it goes well (and we think it will), this could be the first of many Open Mic Nights to come!
