Warm welcome to YOU who loves to rest deeply through movement and stillness. Learn new somatic ways to explore grounding, felt sense sensation and restfulness. We use props such as bolsters, blocks and supportive blankets to create an atmosphere of deeper relaxation.

Please bring your own wooly mat if you have one.
