✅ 18–65 years old, healthy individual
✅ At least 110 lbs (50 kgs)
✅ Hemoglobin: ≥ 125 g/L
✅ Pulse rate: 60–100 bpm (regular rhythm)
✅ Blood pressure: 90–160 / 60–100 mmHg
