Join us for our Radon Information Session as we recognize Radon Action Month and help Dauphin residents learn more about the risks of radon in the home and how to protect their families.
Dauphin has some of the highest radon levels in Canada, and the only way to know your home's level is to test it. To support local awareness and safety, the City of Dauphin is giving away 100 free 90-day alpha-track radon test kits to the first 100 attendees who register for a kit at the session.
We will also be giving away 10 free digital radon monitors (valued at approximately $200 each). These monitors provide immediate readings of radon levels. To enter the draw, simply:

10 winners will be drawn on December 2nd and notified directly. Prizes can be picked up at the information session.
Eligibility: Participants must reside within the City of Dauphin to receive a radon test kit or digital monitor.
This session will include:
- A short presentation on radon and its health impacts
- Guidance on how to test your home
- Information on available resources and support
- Kit pick-up for the first 100 registered attendees
