Welcome to Women's Plate – a space for women to connect, reflect, and share what’s really on our plates. From navigating work and business challenges, to caring for ageing parents, managing personal transitions, or exploring tough conversations, this is a place where all topics are welcomed with kindness, empathy, and compassion.

This event we will be centralising the conversation around saying no without guilt: boundaries in business. It’s not about networking, but about connection. If you build relationships and community along the way — that’s the bonus.
