Nobody likes a crowd. A single group has a maximum of 4 people and a minimum of 2 people for Whipray Encounter.
Safety is a priority so Whipray Encounter is restricted for guests under the age of 10 years.
Whipray Encounter begins at 3:30 pm daily.
Children under the age of 16 years must have parental consent to participate in the encounter.
It is recommended to wear easily removable footwear and avoid wearing long trousers.
Wrist passes can be obtained at the ticket desk if you wish to come and go throughout the day.
