We often tell our kids where and how far to run, but they aren't being taught HOW to run.

Wednesday night Mov3 run skills is a Aus Triathlon program for children aged from 7+ years old and will focus on developing fundamental movement skills that are required for running through age-appropriate strengthening.
Over the 8-week program, participants will form new abilities, and gain confidence. By demonstrating both the physical and non-physical benefits of movement, we aim participants will form a lifelong habit of enjoying exercise. Split into groups, the older cohort are given leadership opportunities. Session is run by accredited coaches.
Suitable if your child is wanting to improve their run technique.
