Notice of AGM
The Northern Territory Softball Association 2025 AGM will be held at the Softball NT office at Tracy Village Social and Sports Club, 28 Tambling Terrace, Lyons, NT at 10:00am ACST on Saturday 18 October 2025.
Order of Business
The order of business will be:
1. Minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting
2. Consideration of the accounts and reports of the Board;
3. The election of new Board Members;
4. Any other business requiring consideration by the Association at the meeting.
Nomination of Board Members
In accordance with the constitution, at an Annual General Meeting the office of each board member becomes vacant and elections for a new Board must be held.
Nominations for the Board must be received in writing not less than 1 day before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
