Laughter Yoga with Hyper the Clown

We're all very busy at this time of the year. How would you like to de-stress for a short while and prioritise your wellbeing?

Hyper the Clown excels in Laughter Wellness, using her expertise as a Laughter Yoga Teacher to conduct uplifting sessions across Darwin and its rural areas. These sessions are fantastic for reducing stress and enhancing team cohesion. They combine laughter with yogic breathing to foster physical and mental well-being.

This professional learning is funded by the Preschool Teachers Assoc. NT. Members and their guests are invited. In fact, if you bring a friend you and your guest will go in the running to win a 12mth membership each for 2026!
