We’re hosting one small introduction night, a glimpse into what we’ve been working on and where Fire & Forage is heading this year.
Relaxed, roving canapés. No set courses or formal seating. Food will move, people will move, and you can come back for more of what you love.
At the heart of it all are Indigenous ingredients, respecting Country, cooking with what grows here, and letting those flavours speak.
Expect bites like green ant + citrus snapper, roo sliders, crocodile laksa, smoked magpie goose, mud crab croquettes, and native-inspired sweets.
There’ll be one long shared table with a surprise communal dish, a small taste of what’s coming.
Not fancy. Not showy.
Just real food, good people, and the beginning of what we’re building.
