Deepen your connection to the Ashtanga method with this focused 1.5-hour Led Class Immersion. Guided breath by breath, we will move through a structured portion of the Ashtanga Primary Series, allowing you to experience the rhythm, energy, and meditative flow that define this traditional practice.

This workshop offers the chance to apply key elements of Ashtanga: breath, bandhas, drishti, and vinyasa - in real time, building strength, stability, and confidence in your practice. Expect clear cues, supportive guidance, and a steady pace designed to help you feel both challenged and grounded.

While this session pairs beautifully with Ashtanga Basics: Part 1, it is fully independent; you do not need to have attended Part 1 to join. A general level of fitness is recommended, but no prior Ashtanga experience is required.
