After more than a decade releasing albums and touring with award-winning indie-folk pioneers Tinpan Orange, Emily Lubitz has stepped out on her own. Her debut album, ‘Two Black Horses’ will released in July 2025 and she'll be playing at The Darwin Railway Club as part of her national launch tour.

Emily has collaborated with the likes of Paul Kelly, Martha Wainwright, Emma Donovan and Mama Kin, and yet her solo work is imbued with the raw energy of a breakthrough artist. Her new record, Two Black Horses sounds like an old Hollywood film, starring Dolly Parton, Patsy Cline and Pheobe Bridgers, who go on holidays together and talk about their feelings.
