Deep Peace Immersion

This blissful 3 hour session is a complete self-care package that will relax your body, calm your mind and soothe the soul. This is the perfect ‘me-time’ where you can recharge your batteries and take a break from your everyday responsibilities.

What to expect

~ Guided pranayama/breathwork
~ Gentle yoga stretch
~ Yoga nidra/guided relaxation
~ Sound healing with crystal singing bowls
~ Mindfulness
~ Mantra meditation, including kirtan
~ Light refreshments

Your hosts are Kalindi, Sarah, and Ben, who will draw upon their years of experience with yoga and meditation to make it a wonderful afternoon for you!

What to bring

Yoga mat
1 or 2 cushions
Light blanket/sarong
Water bottle
Comfortable clothing
