A Chocolate Wine + Seafood Tasting Experience

Made in the South of France, this wine begins as a traditionally vinified sparkling white, which is then infused with the aroma of dark Belgian chocolate and hazelnut extract. This guided tasting will showcase how surprisingly well this wine pairs with seafood. You’ll enjoy 200ml per person served across the experience, matched with three refined, coastal-inspired bites using the following ingredients:

· Cured barramundi

· Smoked salmon
