Come dance your heart out!
Ecstatic dance is a flow of music and movement that starts quietly, builds in intensity and returns to stillness. Express, bounce, leap, stretch, shake or simply breathe. Let the rhythms flow through you and move you. There is both the chance to play and go inward. This barefoot movement practice is a sacred space where you can move as you wish. We encourage participants to utilize the Ecstatic Dance space as a laboratory for creative movement, unbridled self-expression, authentic connections and a healthy dose of sweat.
