Join us for Halifax’s very first Outdoor Garba Night under the stars at Alderney Landing!
Bring your family and friends and experience the joy of traditional Garba and Dandiya dancing in the open air with beautiful views of the Halifax Harbour.

📍 Location: Alderney Landing, Dartmouth
This event is FREE and open to everyone, but registration is mandatory for all attendees — including children and seniors — to help us manage capacity and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
✨ What to Expect:
- Halifax’s first outdoor Garba & Dandiya celebration
- Open-air dancing
- Live music by DJ Rahul spinning traditional folk beats and upbeat Garba/Dandiya mixes
- Pure vegetarian food stall on-site
- Family-friendly cultural atmosphere
🎟 Registration is required for ALL attendees (including kids and seniors). No walk-ins will be permitted.
