Movement is great for both body and mind.
Active Bodies, Active Minds offers enjoyable activity sessions that encourage movement, social connection, and fun. It’s a relaxed way to stay active, meet others, and feel good together.

No booking is needed, and everyone is welcome. Please note that to fully participate and enjoy the session, attendees will need good mobility.
