This is a space for you come and relax and just 'be'... Drop the labels and do some self exploration and see which direction you can go in next
All circles are held intuitively and will depend on the flow of the evening and the energy that sisters bring, but my include:
Sacred storytelling
Meditation
Sharing Circle
Self reflection
Ritual/Crafting
Ceremony
And more
You don't need to have attended a women's circle before - everyone is welcome and all of YOU is welcome too.
Before we start, we verbally enter into a Sacred Agreement, whereby the 'container' of the circle is created, and everyone is invited to agree to create a space of non-judgement, uphold double confidentiality (we don't share anything outside the circle and also with each other after the event - what's done is done)
Everything during the circle is an invitation, you don't have to DO anything! If you don't want to share or speak at all - that's absolutely fine - there's a lot of power in silence and holding space for others to feel heard.
By just being in the space you're taking steps to heal wounds - individually and as a collective sisterhood.
Spaces are limited so get your ticket to secure your place.
Bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket and anything else for you comfort. (Chairs are available if needed)
