Innerdance is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a journey of self-discovery and inner exploration through a specially crafted soundscape, connect with yourself, and find peace within.
This is not a dance class - it's an invitation for you to let your mind and body process whatever it needs to do. You may just want to lay and experience different frequencies, you might feel the need to just move part of your body, or to get up and shake it all out, it's completely up to you.
This is a space of non-judgement, where you can feel free to express yourself in any way you need. You're encouraged to close your eyes throughout to help you go into a deeper state of being (blindfolds are available if needed).
The sessions involve energy work and physical touch, as well as intuitive prompts for the group and individuals.
Open to all genders
Bring your own mat, pillow and blanket and anything else for your comfort.
