Free August Stargazing at UniSQ Toowoomba

From just after sunset, we will have the telescopes set up for you to look into the night sky. As we say farewell to the winter skies for another year we will look at some of the objects that can be found toward the middle of our galaxy, the Milky Way. We will target Open and Globular Star Clusters, Nebulae, Star Systems, Planetary Nebula (dead stars), Galaxies and more. This event is free and open to all ages and is very weather dependent. Please do not shine lights toward participants at the telescopes as you arrive or leave and remember to wear warm clothing. We hope that you can come along.
