"Fundamentals" of Yoga a 2 part journey Sept 21st and sept 28th 12-4 pm
For both those who have a regular routine and those interested to understand more about the journey into fitness through yoga.
In this workshop we will explore some of the most common myths and limiting beliefs surrounding yoga. What yoga is all about and several of the most popular styles commonly practiced around the world today. We will dive into Yoga Asana (The mind/body exercises) and discover how its true meaning unlocks the most basic elements necessary for a safe and satisfying practice. We will unravel the mystery of Vinyasa and why it is a crucial element for a well-balanced session. And to top it off it is going to be a really fun and socially engaging experience all while learning much about how to have a fulfilling yoga adventure.
In this workshop you will learn;

determine what your specific range is and how to progress safely.
practice in a way that meets your personal needs mentally and physically.
to practice in a way that is pain free.
create and use inner dialog to have a more productive and engaged practice.
