Fundamentals of Yoga
For both, those who have a regular routine and those interested to understand more about the journey into fitness through yoga.
In this workshop we will explore some of the most common myths and limiting beliefs surrounding yoga. What yoga is all about and several of the most popular styles commonly practiced around the world today. We will dive into Yoga Asana (The mind/body exercises) and discover how its true meaning unlocks the most basic elements necessary for a safe and satisfying practice. We will unravel the mystery of Vinyasa and why it is a crucial element for a well-balanced session. And to top it off, it is going to be a really fun and socially engaging experience all while learning so much about how to have a fulfilling yoga adventure.

• determine your specific range and how to progress safely.
• practice in a way that meets your personal needs mentally and physically
• to practice in a way that is pain free.
• create and use inner dialog to have a more productive and engaged practice, and why this is important

• use and follow lines of energy for strength, balance, and mobility

• the breath and a variety of breathing techniques to enhance your practice
