Winter Solstice Sound Journey

Join Jessica Lynn, Reiki Master Teacher, Trauma Informed Life Coach and Sound Practitioner for a Winter Solstice Sound Journey on Monday, December 22nd @ 7pm, using Quartz Crystal Singing bowls.

This sound journey will lead you to connect to:

Introspection: A time for self-reflection and inner exploration.

Rest: Emphasizing the importance of balance between activity and rest.

Inner Wisdom: Tuning into one's own insights and understanding.

Yin Energy

This period is associated with honoring the "Yin" or feminine energy, which encourages receptivity and nurturing. It is a time to:

Reflect on personal growth.

Identify what needs to be released.

Prepare for new beginnings as the light returns.

Bring yoga mats, eye mask, pillows and blankets for warmth and coziness for laying down for 1 hour.
