Ride For Heat

We are still looking for rider sponsors! If you’re a small business or an individual that would be interested in sponsoring a rider in this event, please give us a call at the shop to sign up or to get more info on the sponsorship! We are also looking for riders, $50 to register for the ride and we ask that you pre-register so we know how many sponsors we will need before the event. You can call or come by the shop to register for the ride. All proceeds from this ride will be used to purchased propane/fuel oil/kerosene to fill as many tanks for the elderly in our community that we can to provide heat for the winter. Riders will meet at Gibson Cycles at 9AM on January 24th for odometer reading and will return to the shop at 4PM for final odometer reading. Rider that logs the most miles will receive a trophy and prize package from the shop! Stew will be for sale throughout the day with proceeds going towards event and stew will be provided to all riders when they return to the shop at 4PM.
