Join us for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) led by Senior Certified Instructor Jerry Cambra via San Damiano Retreat this February. Jerry transformed his own life after 45 years of driven, stressful living led to heart arrhythmia and anxiety, and now he teaches others to live more skillfully and with greater awareness.
What is MBSR?
Since 1979, this evidence-based program has helped thousands reduce stress, manage pain, improve focus, and cultivate resilience through simple mindfulness practices. You'll learn meditation, gentle yoga, and practical techniques to respond to life's challenges with composure rather than reaction.

📅 9-week program (orientation + 8 sessions)
🕘 Program 1: Wednesdays, 6 PM PT | Feb 11 - Apr 8
🕘 Program 2: Saturdays, 9 AM PT | Feb 7 - Apr 11
🏞️ Includes a 1-day retreat on March 28 (in-person at San Damiano or online)
