Gallery Reception: Macel Hamilton

Area artist Macel Hamilton is a self-taught artist originally from Eastern Kentucky who currently resides in the knobs of Casey County. She has always had a love for art and many say she has a “God-given” talent for painting and drawing She calls it "perseverance and frustration” with a firm belief that you can teach yourself anything.

Hamilton's exhibit, "Macel's Art," will be open Feb. 4-28.
