Join us for a free lunch* and enjoy an enlightening Seminar Series designed for older adults, focusing on enhancing well-being, understanding aging, and navigating health challenges. Discover valuable insights and practical tips to support a vibrant and fulfilling life.

This month: NUTRITION NOVEMBER! Lunch will be provided by CRIS Healthy Aging’s Senior Meal Delivery Program while Lori Smith focuses on Nutrition.
