The goal of this workshop is to provide support, community connection ,as well as providing hope & healing through the holidays. Join Tammy Browning, R.N. /Yoga Teacher ,and learn how yoga and breathing can help you through the healing process.This workshop will include supportive circle discussion, breathing techniques, gentle yoga ( no experience needed) and meditation.
