Danderhall Community in Motion Health Walk 12-12:30pm

Take a break from your desk and enjoy a friendly lunchtime health walk from Danderhall Community Hub, 12–12:30pm.

Part of the Connecting Communities project, funded by SEStran, these walks are designed for people who work from home or nearby offices and want some fresh air, gentle exercise, and company during their lunch break.

• 🚶 Walk at a relaxed pace, suitable for most abilities
• 🕑 Walks last around 20-30 minutes
• 🍼 Drop in anytime – booking is optional, but you can reserve a spot if you like
• 🤝 Social opportunity to meet others from your local area
• ❌ Dogs are not allowed, sorry.
