Laughter Workshop [WOT x CAS AIR25 Workshop Series]

Our bodies cannot tell the difference between when we fake something or experience it for real. Therefore, by participating in a laughter class your body will experience all the benefits all laughter: boost immune system and reduce stress. We will also be releasing tightness from the jaw and face where we unknowingly hold a lot of tension.

Plus, laughter requires deep breathing – another great toxin cleanser for the body. This class also gently encourages shedding inhibitions as we might be laughing outside of our comfort zone! A guaranteed mood booster.
