This immersive hike at Lower Cascade Falls invites you to connect deeply with nature, your breath, and your inner fire. With Roberto, Anthony, and David as your guides, you’ll be supported on a journey of movement, stillness, and spontaneous creation.

🌿 What to Expect

• A moderately easy trail leading to a sacred waterfall space

• Guided reflection, group connection, and personal freedom

• Time to meditate, express, or simply breathe deeply

• Moments for music, art, ritual, or quiet listening—whatever arises organically

🎒 What to Bring

• Water & any essentials for your comfort

• Your instruments (drums, flutes, singing bowls, bells, etc.)

• Art supplies (sketchbooks, canvases, journals, etc.)

• An open heart and your fullest presence
