Floating Sound Bath Therapy

Sound Therapy uses sound, music and specialist instruments played in therapeutic ways, combined with deep self-reflection techniques to improve health and wellbeing. Our guided floating sound bath blends serenity and sensory renewal. For true immersion we offer a floating experience in the pool and for a relaxed enjoyment, poolside cabanas allow enjoyment without water.

Attire: Comfortable or athleisure style clothing recommended. Sound Therapy will take place in Laguna Pool. If you're enjoying the pool floating experience, you may get a little wet as you enter and exit the pool.
