Your chance to experience deep relaxation awaits you in this 90-minute Restorative Yoga & Reiki class. Restorative Yoga is practiced effortlessly while lying on your mat, surrounded by peaceful music and supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks. The addition of Reiki (your choice - hands on or hands off) further deepens the opportunities for you to surrender and let go. This is a class not to be missed!

About the Instructor:
Class taught by Kathy Tooley, a 500-hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher with extensive training in Ayurveda. Her Ayurvedic studies included daily & seasonal self-care, plus food, breathwork & yoga for each dosha. Besides incorporating Ayurvedic philosophy & practices into her personal life, she has taught Ayurveda in a variety of settings including 200 & 300 Yoga Teacher Trainings.

For guaranteed enrollment and to ensure instructors have time to prepare materials, registering for classes at least one week in advance is strongly encouraged. Walk-ins or registrations the day before a class may not be possible due to instructor needs.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your enrollment OR If a class is canceled by an instructor the cost will be credited to your account for future use or refunded by check, minus any credit card fees.
Refunds will not be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class.
