Zero-Proof Mixology Workshop

Celebrate Dry January with an elevated, hands-on mocktail making experience led by Laniah Harris, founder of MIX’D Mocktail Bar.

In this intimate small-group class, you’ll learn how to craft three quality mocktails completely from scratch using premium syrups, garnishes, bitters, and non-alcoholic spirits. In this workshop you’ll be actively building each drink alongside Laniah and taking everything you make home with you.

During the class, you’ll learn:
• The fundamentals of balancing flavors in zero-proof cocktails
• How to properly use bitters and non-alcoholic spirits
• How to create elevated mocktails you can confidently recreate at home
