Um...That's Weird (Part 1 of 2)

Hi, friends! You may remember me from a few cemetery symbolism tours I have lead at previous Oakland events and working at volunteer days. I am so excited to conduct this free twilight tour for you guys!

Come with me on a twilight tour of some of the more interesting past goings on and circumstances of Oakland Cemetery's residents.

Are people always buried horizontally? How far would you go to not be buried alive...or dug up? Can a man love all his wives equally? Do people go up in a puff of smoke? Where did Mom go?!

Each tour will be different with no repeats! Go to both and don't miss out!

Please remember to wear long thick pants, closed-toe walking shoes and bring a flashlight. We will be meeting at the gates at 6::30PM. The tour is absolutely free but donations are greatly appreciated and go directly to Oakland Cemetery's maintenance fund. The support we receive from donations allows us to continue hosting fun events like these at our gorgeous historical cemetery.
