It’s the biggest and baddest ride of the month — Halloween style! 🎃 Shifty Freewheelers have planned a SPOOKTAGULAR night you don’t want to miss, so wear your costume, decorate your bike, and invite your friends to join us as we ride through the streets of Dallas!
We will ride about 10 miles at a social pace and end at an exciting new spot in the Cedars called Dulce Nina, located less than a mile from Dallas Farmers Market. Its spacious patio will welcome us with specials curated just for us. Of course, there will be a costume contest, and I may have a surprise or two up my sleeve. 😉
📌 Pregame begins at 7pm, and wheels will go down promptly at 8pm. Allow plenty of time to park and get your bike ready to roll.
📌 Don’t forget your lights, spare tubes, necessary tools, etc. Helmets are highly encouraged. You ride at your own risk. We cannot stop for mechanicals, so have a rideshare app downloaded for emergencies.
📌 Kindly follow proper group ride etiquette – follow instructions of the leaders/blockers, call out hazards, and avoid suddenly changing lines or overlapping wheels. PLEASE STAY TO THE RIGHT AND RESIST SPREADING OUT so that cars may safely pass. Remember we are SHARING the road, not taking over the road. A smile, a wave, and a friendly “Happy Halloween!” is better than engaging with an occasional irate driver.
