To ensure the best experience for all guests we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following rules:

Each valid ticket includes 2 cocktails or 2 non-alcoholic beverages from our menu. Additional non-alcoholic drinks may be purchased on-site.

BYOB is strictly prohibited. Outside beverages are not permitted under any circumstances.

Event Security: For your safety security will be stationed discreetly outside and will intervene only if necessary—so you can enjoy your evening in comfort and peace. 🛡️

Legal Disclaimer – Ticket Refund and Credit Policy

Applicable in the State of Texas

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you (“Ticket Holder”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final:

Pursuant to the policy established by the event organizer, all ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued except as specifically provided below.

2. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Event Organizer:

In the event the scheduled event is canceled or rescheduled by the event organizer, you will be notified in writing (via email or official announcement). At that time, you will be given the option to:

Accept the new date for the rescheduled event; or

Request a full refund of the original ticket purchase price.

Refunds in this instance will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable period, in accordance with Texas Business and Commerce Code § 17.46(b), commonly known as the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), which protects consumers from misleading or deceptive trade practices.

3. Inability to Attend Due to Emergency:

If you are unable to attend the event due to a documented personal emergency (e.g., illness, death in the immediate family, or comparable unforeseen circumstances), you may submit a written request for consideration within 72 hours of the event date. Upon approval by the event organizer, you will be issued a non-transferable credit voucher equal to the face value of your ticket.

This voucher:

May be redeemed for entry to any future event hosted by the same organizer within 12 months of the original event date; or

May be gifted to a friend or immediate family member with advance written notice and approval from the organizer.

All determinations regarding what constitutes an emergency and the issuance of credit vouchers are made at the sole discretion of the event organizer and are final.

4. Agreement to Terms:

By purchasing or using a ticket, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the State of Texas.
