Restorative 101

Everyone is invited to attend this workshop led by LeeAnn. We will be learning about different restorative yoga poses using different props to support your body.

This is a great way to experience proper technique and alignment to relax and stretch your body.

Class will begin with pose lessons and end with a restorative yoga class session.
