Pulse of Dallas 5K Run

The Pulse of Dallas 5k exists to strengthen the heartbeat of our city — physically, mentally, and generationally. Through fitness, community, and education, we aim to break unhealthy cycles, promote heart health, and empower individuals to adopt a mindset of resilience and discipline. More than a race, Pulse of Dallas is a movement: one that invests in future leaders through scholarships, builds healthier families, and unites the city around a stronger, lasting legacy.

Athletic Zone -is the foundation that makes this event possible. For 7 years, we’ve been a cornerstone in West Dallas, committed to helping people live healthier lives through fitness, discipline, and community.

Resilience Project -We are breaking generational curses by equipping kids and families with essential life skills— from emotional intelligence and financial literacy to faith, fitness, and nutrition. Showing the underserved that you do not have to be a victim of your circumstances and you can rise above!
