Microblading Apprenticeship Program

Have you completed a microblading training but are still wanting more hands on experience? Are you needing more practice and a chance to build your portfolio? This program was created for the certified microblading or permanent make-up artist who wishes to gain experience through guided instruction and mentorship with hands on live model training. The program was created by Amy Ledgister Owner of 3D Lash and Brow Salon and Academy and Brand Ambassador of Premier Pigments. The apprentice will be guided through the best practices and procedures for micropigmentation.

1. 1 on 1 instruction with a licensed and certified instructor. Live model trainings (20 models)
2. Color Theory with Premier Pigments
3. Advanced Certificate of Completion
4. Access to a licensed training facility located in North Dallas
5. Business Marketing Support
6. Weekly Guidance lessons from Instructor
7. Flexible scheduling to complete model requirements
8. Supplies are provided for the students

What will be covered?

• Skin type and how to ensure best results
• The Color Theory: How to choose the correct pigments for your clients and how to complete a color correction over previous permanent make-up
• The Machine: Correct machine choice and how to use machine to create the best long lasting results.
• The Eyebrows: Eyebrow design, creation, and color choice You will also learn all about proper application and depth of implantation.
• Eyes and Lips: Students that have taken an eyeliner or lip permanent make-up course will be guided by instructors to enhance their skills.
• Consent forms: Documentation is important, the proper consent forms and release forms necessary before doing any procedures will be taught.
• Hands On Experience: Completion of 20 models for your portfolio during your apprenticeship. These dates are scheduled according to your availability. Program must be completed within 90 days
• Requirements: You must have your bloodborne pathogen certification to be accepted into the apprenticeship program.
• Student must show proof of completed microblading or permanent make-up training previously taken or be a 3D Lash & Brow graduate
• $500 deposit to enroll remaining balance can be paid out
