By purchasing a ticket to this event, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
All sales are final. No monetary refunds—whether cash or credit—will be issued under any circumstances.
In the event of certain qualifying situations, such as documented medical emergencies, unforeseen life events, or organizer-approved exceptions, a non-transferable credit may be issued. This credit is valid for use toward a future event hosted by the same organizer and must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of the original event.
All determinations regarding eligibility for credit issuance are made at the sole discretion of the event organizer and are considered final.
This policy is in accordance with applicable provisions under the Texas Business and Commerce Code, and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
