Not all home improvements are created equal—and not all upgrades increase property value. In this course, we will explore how to distinguish between cosmetic, structural and mechanical upgrades. Students will learn how to analyze renovations objectively, determine market reaction, and avoid common pitfalls when determining list price and/or making an offer.
