About this Class:It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you'll dive right in to making the recipe yourself from scratch. Our Scuola Chef will then prepare the signiture dish for you to taste in class. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home!About this Dish:A classic dish from the traditional cucina povera style of cooking, Spaghetti Aglio e Olio uses a few humble ingredients to make a dish that is full of flavor. Garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and, if you’d like, peperoncino chili pepper are mixed with spaghetti for a speedy but delicious recipe.In this Class You Will:

• Learn about the traditions and culture of Gnocchi

• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Gnocchi al Pomodoro

• Make your own pasta from scratch by hand

• Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, Two glasses of wine, and Gnocchi al Pomodoro prepared by our Chef

• Classes are also suitable for children 5+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Under 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
