All deposits are non-refundable, but they are applied toward your services at the event.
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your deposit to a future Botox appointment when rescheduled at least 7 days in advance of the event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
This policy is in place to ensure reserved spots remain available for guests who are ready to attend.
