Sourdough 101 for Beginners Have you ever wanted to learn how to make homemade sourdough bread but didn’t know where to start? If so, this class is perfect for you! In just one hour, you’ll learn the basics of sourdough baking and leave with everything you need to get started at home—including a jar of our three-year-old sourdough starter. During the class, we’ll break down the sourdough process into an easy-to-follow, six-step guide. From mixing and folding to proofing and baking, we’ll cover every step to ensure you feel confident baking your first loaf. Plus, you’ll learn tips and tricks to maintain your starter and troubleshoot common issues.
