The 3rd Annual Right 2 Write Poetry Slam Festival is a one day poetry festival in Dallas filled with writing workshops, yoga wellness intensive, haiku battle, networking hour all culminating in one fun filled evening of a grand slam event and an underground slam. The events will occur in three separate venues in Oak Cliff (in the Oak Cliff Cultural Center and Texas Theater). There will be 15 competitors battling it out for $3000 total in cash prize money.
1st Place- $1,500
2nd Place- $750
3rd Place- $500
$150 prize for both the haiku battle and the nerd slam winners!
