36th Texas Black Invitational Rodeo

The African American Museum of Dallas proudly presents the Texas Black Invitational Rodeo—a high-energy, family-friendly event celebrating the rich legacy of Black cowboys and cowgirls! From bull riding to barrel racing, this cultural celebration is packed with action and tradition.

And it’s more than just a rodeo—proceeds benefit the Museum’s educational programs, youth initiatives, and community events that preserve and promote African American history and culture.
