With only 5 reformer machines, this intimate and energetic session blends the dynamic resistance of the reformer with playful, strength-building partner mat work. You’ll push, pull, balance, and laugh your way through a creative full-body workout designed to challenge your core, improve coordination, and build trust (and maybe a few muscles you didn’t know you had!).This workshop is designed for those with prior experience on the Pilates reformer—you’ll need to be comfortable using the equipment to fully enjoy and safely participate in the partner-based sequences. Perfect for friends, couples, or adventurous solo participants—we’ll pair you up! Whether you’re syncing your stretches or mirroring each other’s moves, this workshop adds a fresh, fun twist to your Pilates routine.
