Junior Rangers

Learn how to become an environmental hero and earn your Junior Ranger badge with our Park Rangers!

Accessibility: Parking will be available at Boat House/Day Use Areas. Restroom is available at Boat House. Drinking water is available nearby or bottled water in park store. Path to program is pavement and mowed grass.

Program Expectations: Become an official Junior Ranger by completing a workbook with one of our park rangers! We will learn about the qualities of a park ranger, how to care for our parks and environment, and answer any questions you may have for us!

Program is included with park entry fees: $4 per person ages 13 and older, 12 and under are free. Programs are subject to cancellation in the event of inclement weather. Dress for the weather! Cancellations will be announced on the Daingerfield State Park Facebook Page or you can call park headquarters. Check out our upcoming events!
