Serenity of Sound with Sara

Join Sara for a 60-minute sound meditation intended to immerse you into serenity. Here is your chance to pause, reset and realign. Crystal & Tibetan bowls, chimes, along with other sound instruments will create the vibrations that penetrate and heal and multiple levels. All props are provided but you are encouraged to bring anything additional to make your session even more comfier!! Nurture yourself with the power of sound meditation to create balance and harmony within the mind, body, and spirit.
